What data we collect

We collect the account information you provide, such as your email address, plan details, and basic usage records needed to run analyses and manage your subscription.

URLs submitted for analysis

When you submit a landing page URL, we store the submitted URL, the normalized URL, analysis results, and related report details so you can view past analyses in your account.

Usage of OpenAI

Some analyses use OpenAI to generate written feedback, recommendations, and rewrite suggestions. To do that, we may send page content or extracted page signals related to the URL you submitted.

Usage of Stripe

Payments and subscription billing are handled by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our servers, but we do store billing-related records needed to manage your plan and payment status.

Analytics

We may collect product analytics such as page visits, clicks, and analysis events so we can understand how people use Convertly AI and improve the product.

Data retention

We keep account data, submitted URLs, and analysis history for as long as your account remains active or as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms.
