Description of the service

Convertly AI analyzes landing pages and provides conversion scores, feedback, and suggested fixes. Results are intended to help you evaluate pages faster, not to guarantee business outcomes.

Acceptable use

You may use the service for lawful business and research purposes. You may not use Convertly AI to break the law, abuse the service, interfere with other users, or submit pages you do not have the right to analyze.

Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis unless canceled. Plan limits, billing timing, and included credits depend on the plan you select. If payment fails, access to paid features may be limited.

Limitation of liability

Convertly AI is provided to support decision-making, but you remain responsible for how you use the results. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or decisions made based on analysis output.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, analyses may fail, and temporary downtime may happen during maintenance, updates, or third-party outages.
